Our Story

Built On A Florida Rooftop. Now Working Coast To Coast.

Iron Clad Roof Leads exists for one reason: to put qualified homeowners — in Florida, California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho — on the calendars of the roofing contractors who actually pick up the phone, show up on time, and do the work right. Five states. One trade. Zero distractions.

The Origin

It Started With One Frustrated Tampa Roofer.

In the summer of 2021, our founder was sitting across from a second-generation roofing contractor in Tampa who'd just spent $14,000 on a "lead generation" service — and closed exactly two jobs. The leads were recycled, shared with four other roofers, and half of them had already signed a contract before the phone even rang.

We ran a single paid-media test that week. Hyper-local. Exclusive. Straight into his estimator's calendar. Inside 30 days he'd booked $87,400 in signed jobs. He asked us to keep it running. Then his cousin asked. Then his cousin's supplier asked. Iron Clad Roof Leads was born.

For four years we refused to leave Florida. Then a Portland roofer called, then a crew in Boise, then two contractors in San Diego — all with the same complaint about shared leads. So we did what we did in Tampa: studied the market first, built the campaigns second. Today the same exclusive system runs in Florida, California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho — and nowhere else.

"I don't need 500 shared leads a month. I need twenty homeowners who actually want a roof, on my calendar, before my competitors ever see them."

Where We Work

Five States. Five Different Playbooks.

We don't run one national campaign and swap the city name. Every market gets its own creative, its own season, and its own qualifying questions — because a Gulf Coast hurricane claim and a Puget Sound moss failure are not the same job.

FL
Florida
Since 2021
Tampa · Orlando · Miami · Jacksonville

Hurricane and hail response, tile and metal replacements, insurance-aware targeting across all 67 counties.

CA
California
Since 2026
Los Angeles · San Diego · Sacramento · Bay Area

High-ticket re-roofs, fire-rated assemblies, and solar-ready replacement demand in dense, high-value neighborhoods.

OR
Oregon
Since 2026
Portland · Salem · Eugene · Bend

Moss, rot and rain-driven failures create steady, high-intent replacement volume through the wet season.

WA
Washington
Since 2026
Seattle · Tacoma · Spokane · Vancouver

Leak urgency plus aging cedar and composite roofs across the Puget Sound and Inland Northwest.

ID
Idaho
Since 2026
Boise · Meridian · Nampa · Coeur d'Alene

Fast-growing metros, wind and snow-load damage, and the lowest competitor ad saturation of any market we run.

Outside these five states? We'll tell you honestly — we're not the right agency for you yet.

The Journey

From One Tampa Rooftop To A Five-State Operation.

  1. 2021

    The First Rooftop

Built our first hyper-local paid media system for a Tampa roofer. 30 days later he was booked six weeks out.

  2. 2022

    The Florida-Only Decision

We turned away eleven out-of-state contractors and doubled down on Florida. Retail replacements + storm response campaigns became our specialty.

  3. 2023

    The Iron Clad Guarantee

We launched the pay-for-performance guarantee. If we don't deliver qualified appointments, the contractor doesn't pay. It's still our promise today.

  4. 2024

    One Roofer Per Territory

We locked our exclusivity model — one contractor per county or metro — to eliminate shared leads entirely.

  5. 2025

    Statewide Florida Coverage

Iron Clad Roof Leads reached roofing contractors across all 67 Florida counties, from the Panhandle to the Keys.

  6. 2026

    Going West

Roofers in California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho asked for the same system. We expanded to the West Coast — new weather, new permitting, same exclusive model.

What We Stand For

Four Non-Negotiables. Zero Exceptions.

Five States Only

Florida, California, Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We don't chase Texas, Georgia or the Carolinas — each of our markets has its own weather, permitting and buying behavior, and those are the only ones we study.

Exclusivity Or Nothing

One roofer per county or metro. We'd rather turn away a contractor than dilute the pipeline of the roofer who's already trusting us.

Speed Over Everything

Homeowners buy from whoever calls first. Every system we build is engineered around one word: fast.

Skin In The Game

If our system doesn't deliver, you don't pay. Performance risk sits on our side of the table — not yours.

Why These Five States

We Know Every Market Down To The Zip Code.

Hurricanes and hail cells in Florida. Wildfire-rated and tile re-roofs in California. Moss, rot and relentless rain across Oregon and Washington. Wind, snow load and explosive growth in Idaho. Each of these is its own universe — so we learned all five, deeply.

While national agencies chase every trade in every state, we go deeper on five maps. That's why our appointments convert — because they're sourced from homeowners who actually live in your county, after your storm season.
